This company is horrible! I tried to give them a chance, buying a "gift card" for the first time, but later realized it’s just a certificate that’s almost impossible to use. The staff seems like they don’t know what they are doing because no one has been able to help me get a refund or redeem the certificates. I reached out the same day I purchased them in October 2024, saying there was an issue using them, and the only reply I got was telling me to do the same thing I had already tried. I reached out again in January 2025, and still no response or refund. It’s been a complete nightmare. The restaurants on the site don’t seem trustworthy either, and I would never recommend restaurants.com. The staff takes your money, and leaves you with no idea how to use the balance, with no refunds being honored, despite what they claim.

The senior frog 2 for 1 voucher is no longer valid, which was disappointing after making the trip. I also have trouble accessing my vouchers online, needing to reset my password each time. In the end, I regret spending my money. The dining discount pass has also been rejected at several places.

I would rate restaurant.com with zero stars. This is a poor company. I have wasted months trying to use a $25 gift card my son and daughter in law gave me. They keep emailing me, asking if it was bought from a third party or if it was already used. What on earth? NO! It has been in a drawer at my house. And no, I do not want to bother the gift givers to find their email from years ago to sort this out. For heaven's sake, just send another gift card. I even sent them a photo of the gift card. Zero stars. The worst customer service. And the bad publicty will cost them far more than $25.

I reached out to their customer support several times about this problem, and the last response I got was about 2 months ago, each time requesting more details. I have cash and credits that are now gone. They are frauds, a SCAM company, took my money.
