Wingstop has gone down a lot, including management. "Caesar" The manager at Wingstop in Grand Prairie on Arkansas is awful. He is rude and should not be a manager. "Corporate Supervisor Veronica" is just as bad. They all need to learn customer service. They don't return calls for complaints and refuse to give refunds when you don't get your full order. I won't be going to Wingstop again. I wish I could give -100 stars.

The company is way too hyped up and charges too much. I went with a friend, and we decided to split the cost. We ended up paying £20 for a few chips and some tiny chicken wings. They only gave us a small amount of ranch dressing, so when we ran out, I had to buy more for £1.50. It's ridiculous. We should have just gone to McDonald's where you get much better value for your money.

Tualatin Wingstop seems to have a laid-back atmosphere with some issues involving intoxicated shift leaders and team members. There might be a casual approach to rules, as the mention of weed indicates. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with order accuracy.

This establishment is barely deserving of one star. Last night, I shelled out £45 on Wingstop, only to endure a 90-minute wait for my order, which arrived 30 minutes behind schedule at 11:30 pm. The delivery driver zigzagged across London for 50 minutes, rendering my food ice-cold upon arrival. Purchasing fast food via Deliveroo should not result in a fridge-cold, dry, chewy, and tasteless meal. The reheated chicken contained minuscule, inedible bits of old meat. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Deliveroo's paltry £7 refund adds insult to injury. Steer clear at all costs!

The wings seem to be from quail considering their size. The cost isn't justified. Staff at St James Quarter, Edinburgh acknowledged the issue casually, offering no resolution. Customer services provided a generic response without an apology. Better to steer clear.

The wings were over-fried, resulting in an unpleasant texture. To add to the disappointment, my order consisted solely of drumettes, lacking the preferred variety with flats. The overall customer service also fell short of expectations.

My last visit to Wing Stop left much to be desired. Despite giving them another chance since last September, the service hasn't shown any improvement. My daughter, who ordered non-breaded chicken due to stomach issues, endured a 20-minute wait only to receive a breaded version. Although they offered a replacement, the overall service was lackluster. The inattentiveness of the younger staff members was noticeable, and it impacted the overall experience. After waiting over 30 minutes by the time we walked in, I didn't feel I got my money's worth. A suggestion for improvement would be hiring more experienced staff, as this experience has left me reconsidering future visits to Wing Stop.
