Please avoid this company. VERY RISKY. After you get the machine is no support if it’s broken. What’s worse is the “support staff” will waste your time and make up excuse after excuse telling you that you the buyer are using machine wrong. They simply do nothing but chat. It’s what we call a fake warranty and who wants this?
In fact, they (ADSS) know very little about the machines. They are basically just an assembler, not a factory. There are no engineers. No tech support. Whether you are a distributor or a personal user or a doctor like me they offer no warranty. I saw the reviews in post on social media about ADSS laser. They treat distributors and everyone so bad.
Actually I would give ADSS.com.cn negative 1 stars if I could. I bought a hair removal laser for our clinic and after 4 weeks using the cooling system broke. I was using it very correctly according to ADSS trainer instructions and only used 30 min a few times. This problem of the entire cooling system breaking never happened with machines I bought in the past from major companies like Alma or Candela. Even Beijing Sano laser is great quality. This ADSS laser is just sitting here broken, if I will use it it will burn the patient. I can’t use it on customers obviously! 😬🤨
