    I went to get flea meds for my cat and felt completely rushed. The vet only spends 10 minutes with you, which isn't enough to cover anything substantial. Plus, I got disconnected during the call. They won't even send you a prescription; they insist on transferring it, which takes 2-5 days. This pushes you to order directly through them, and they’re pricier than Petco. Petco offers up to a 30% discount on recurring orders, but you get no such deal here. You can't message the vet back, and there's no real customer service on weekends, just basic operators. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of money.

    Finally found a vet close by, no more long drives with my poor pets getting car sick and puking everywhere. Dr. Lindsey is amazing! She really seems to care, and it’s clear she wants the best for my Darby, just like I do. I felt so at ease with her right away. Highly recommend this place, it's a game changer for us.
