    I used to think Dutch was top-notch, but this last experience really threw me off. They’ve always been helpful, but they cut it close on shipping meds. We’d often run out just as a new order arrived. This time, though, things went sideways. Our package showed up totally empty, with a "received without contents" note from the post office. My cat’s thyroid medication is crucial, and she can't go without it, especially during Thanksgiving week. I was furious. When I reached out, Dutch took 24 hours just to say they’d ship a replacement, which won’t arrive for another week. A whole week! I’m beyond frustrated with how they handled this.

While I’d still go in for anything major, this setup is perfect for the smaller, recurring issues that don’t demand a full-blown visit. It's a relief on both my stress levels and my wallet. Just one traditional appointment would cost me what I’m getting in two years of support here. Haven't tried all their services yet, but after this visit, I’m feeling pretty good about the care my cat’s getting.
