You know, finding a good vet can be tough, especially when you're juggling crazy work hours. But Dutch has been a lifesaver for us and our fur babies. Every vet we've met there has been thorough and really knows their stuff. It's not easy for us to get to appointments in person, but Dutch makes everything so convenient. And the staff? They're just amazing, always friendly and ready to help. It's such a relief knowing our pets are in good hands. If you’re struggling to find a reliable vet, I’d definitely say give Dutch a try. They're a fantastic team that really cares about our pets.

It's a letdown. You'd think customer service would be about helping people, right? But nah, it's mostly about the cash register ringing. And don't get me started on the vets there. A few might know what they're doing, but most seem uninterested in genuinely helping your furry friends. It's like they’re just ticking boxes, not really caring. You leave feeling frustrated, wondering why they even bother if they’re not in it for the right reasons. It's truly disappointing, you know?

I tried to get a flea medication for my dog and it turned into a whole ordeal. I waited four days for a Zoom call, only to find out I was mistakenly set up for a triage call. The vet on the call wasn’t even licensed in Oregon, so they couldn’t help me with the prescription. Even if everything else was right, it turns out there’s an Oregon law that requires an in-person visit for prescriptions. After all this waiting and confusion, I ended up with nothing but wasted time. They suggested rescheduling, but I was just too frustrated. Lance in customer service was great though, he helped me get a refund. I hope my experience helps others avoid this mess.
