It seems a bit off to pay double for something that takes longer. And let’s talk about consultations — 10 minutes just doesn’t cut it. It’s hard to get all your questions answered in such a short time. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of efficiency and cost.

    I've been to quite a few vets, but this one really stood out. The vet here really got what my dog needed.
