So, I signed up for Dutch today, really looking forward to trying their service, but it didn't go as well as I’d hoped. They advertised this $45 discount for new subscriptions, but I never got it. Felt a bit cheated by that. I had a virtual consultation for my dog’s recurring eye problem. Told the vet about its history and what worked before, but she barely looked at him for a few seconds before diagnosing conjunctivitis. She prescribed Benadryl, which didn’t seem right based on past treatments. I tried to get her to rethink it, but she wouldn’t budge and just told me to visit a local clinic. Paid $137 for something I feel like I could’ve gotten for free elsewhere. It’s disappointing, and I can’t really recommend them after this.
