    I went to this vet clinic thinking it’d be straightforward, but it was a bit of a hassle. First off, getting my pet's prescription was more complicated than expected. They wouldn’t just send it to my usual vet; I had to pay a fee and wait a few days. If I wanted it faster, there was an extra rush shipping charge, plus a processing fee. Appointments aren’t super flexible either, especially on weekends—you might end up waiting until the next day. When I finally saw the vet, everything felt rushed, like they were squeezing me in between other patients. It just didn’t feel as smooth or customer-friendly as I hoped.

    I had a Zoom call with Dr. Eric Gilmore, and it was such a breeze. The whole process was smooth, and it fit perfectly into my hectic schedule. Dr. Gilmore is incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to answer every question I had. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step. What I really appreciated was his friendly demeanor and how he paid attention to every little detail. He truly made the experience enjoyable. Honestly, after the call, I thought to myself, why didn’t I do this earlier? If you’re considering it, I’d totally recommend reaching out to him. You won’t regret it!

    Finding Dutch for our Great Pyrenees, Everest, was like a blessing. Everest is usually a laid-back, joyful pup, but trips to the vet always made him anxious. Meeting Dr. Kincade changed everything for us. She was incredibly attentive to Everest’s needs and immediately identified his skin issue. Her knowledge of his breed and temperament was impressive. It's not often you find someone who connects so well with your pet. Dr. Kincade had the perfect approach, and Everest was surprisingly calm throughout the visit. We left feeling relieved and grateful, knowing Everest was in good hands. Dutch has been a game-changer for us, and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone with a nervous pet!
