    I called them at 1 am and my dog was admitted 45 minutes late. The staff and the vet were very kind and helped me feel calm. My dog stayed overnight with possible poisoning and was well cared for. Later, they called me to ask about giving her some sedation because she was getting nervous, and the nurse sat with my dog’s head on her lap to comfort her. I was called again when their shift ended to ask if I thought it was best for her to stay there. I agreed and picked up my dog at noon with no extra cost. Even though it was a scary time, these people made it easier to handle. I would definetly contact them again. Thank you very much.

    I was a bit worried that ordering my second prescription could bring some mix-ups and hold-ups, but it all worked out perfectly! The cat flea medicine showed up just a few days after I placed the order, and I got a message telling me the prescription was filled and that I’d need a new one for future orders.
