Everything was good, quick and enjoyable, but I've had trouble reaching out. I need an extra small vest for my other puppy. The website offered one for a single dog, but I need one for both! The vest is nice, good material, durable, and can change the patches.

I tried Support Pets for a year

I tried Support Pets for a year without any problems until I needed to renew. The website promised the ESA would be sent by email within 24-48 hours. It's been more than two weeks now, and I still haven't received it. I've talked to four different representatives who promised to escalate my case, but nothing has happened. The phone number provided doesn't connect to live representatives either. My suggestion: Look for alternatives!

I tried this company last year, everything went fine. But this year, when I renewed, I paid for their services and didn't get my documents. They promise 24-48 hour delivery, but it's been 21 days. I called customer service and emailed them, but got no help or answers. I even reported them to the BBB, but they won't give me a refund. I hope others haven't had these problems. I'll use a different company from now on. It's really disappointing and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

The company took longer than they said they would to deal with my request, which was annoying. I had to contact support a lot before I finally got the letter I needed. It seemed like their automatic system wasn't working right because I kept getting sent back to do the survey over and over. But eventually, they found the letter in my file quickly, so I guess the survey did go through the first time. It wasn't the easiest process, but at least I got what I wanted eventually.

I placed my order earlier this week, and it's Thursday, and there's still no sign of it. The constant excuse of my paperwork getting "lost" is becoming a recurring issue, miraculously surfacing only when I reach out to them. Despite their website indicating a 24-48 hour timeframe, they now insist on an additional 48 hours. To add insult to injury, they propose a meager 10% discount as compensation. Suffice it to say, I won't be considering their services in the future.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I only receive automated responses promising a callback that never happens. The situation is unacceptable. It took a while to get my requested

It took a while to get my requested documents from the company for my Emotional Support Animal. When I needed an update, it was frustrating to figure out how to do so, and ensuring the correct wording in the documents, as requested, was challenging. In the end, the Emotional Support Animal documents were eventually generated and approved by my landlord. However, the entire process took over 4 weeks. Thank you!

My experience with this service was less than satisfactory. I made a payment on September 8, 2023, for documents and an extra package containing a harness and other pet supplies. However, there was no communication regarding the status of my order for over a month. When I tried to contact their customer service, I received no response. This lack of communication and service deserved a rating of 0 stars. Frustrated, I decided to dispute the charges through my credit card company. Surprisingly, a few days later, I received my refund, and I finally got an email from the customer service team confirming my refund request. I'm giving them 1 star for eventually refunding my money, even though it took intervention from my credit card company to make it happen.

However, I did have a misconception that I could take my dog anywhere after obtaining these documents. It came as a surprise to me that to have my dog recognized as a service animal and gain unrestricted access, I would need additional training, which incurs extra expenses. These documents primarily serve as recognition for my dog as an emotional support animal, allowing her to accompany me in places where dogs might not typically be allowed. In hindsight, I wish I had been aware of these details before making the payment. This experience took place around August 2023.
