Natalia was so friendly, efficient, caring and she explained things really well! She made sure I was reassured all was well and went above and beyond to have me ask for her by name after I placed my order when I called back!

The company is misleading customers

The company is misleading customers with the advertisement showing a 50-pack of Churros treats for $10 when it's actually a pack of 10. This is not only expensive but also deceptive. I ended up with a product I didn't expect and now have to spend more money to return it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and I won't be purchasing from them again, even though I run a cat rescue.

Awful customer service and shipping

Awful customer service and shipping is terrible. All they want is to sell you a yearly membership. They keep calling non-stop after you order. Some of my orders got cancelled without notice because items weren't in stock, even though they're on the website. Shipping is slow even when you pay, and they don’t bother if packages get lost. Customer service is useless and unhelpful. Company is a joke. I prefer CHEWY, they care about animals!

Tried to get an antibiotic for my cat that the vet didn't have. Loads of popups during the order - give your email for 15% off! - give your mobile # for 15% off!! - join our buyer's club for more savings!!! - sign up for autoship for even more savings!!! Finally, I finish the order. By the end of the day, I get 3 texts, 6 emails, and a call from a really friendly person pushing the programs I said no to on the site. Last email of the day says the antibiotic is out of stock, we'll tell you when it's back. Sorry for any inconvenience! It's an antibiotic, not a toy. Time is crucial. Quit wasting my time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PRESCRIPTION SERVICE. My subscription was canceled in 2019. They continue to send FRAUDULENT charges to my credit card. I have now had my credit card compromised TWICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PET PRESCRIPTIONS. BEWARE!!
