    Just got back from a ski trip, and let me tell you, my X5 was a lifesaver! Navigating the slopes with gloves on can be tricky, but the controls on this thing are super easy, even with my thick gloves. It made managing everything way simpler. Had a little hiccup before the trip when I couldn’t find my tracking number, but the support team was amazing. Shot them an email, and they got back to me in no time, providing all the details I needed. It feels good to know they’ve got your back when things go sideways. Definitely recommend it for anyone planning a snowy adventure!

    Got the product and hit a snag right away. Tried getting the control app on my iPhone, but no luck. I followed the link from the instruction sheet and even did a direct search in the Apple Store—still nothing. So frustrating! Without the app, remote temperature monitoring's a no-go. I feel like I wasted my money on this. Honestly, I was really looking forward to using it, and now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work as promised. It's disappointing when you spend your hard-earned cash on a product, and it doesn't deliver. Hopefully, they'll fix this issue soon, but for now, I'm not happy with my purchase.

    Should be 5 stars, lost 1 star because the app can be really slow to start, at times I just stop trying.. Still, it's a good app, looks like the team behind it works seriously. On second thought, maybe 4.5 stars for the slow opening problem.
