I tried to order an item from them, and I spoke to a salesperson, Jennifer, through chat. She told me that the photo and description on their website were wrong, but the item was actually what I needed. So, I placed the order, trusting her. However, I ended up ordering the wrong part, even though the website had the right information. She said she’d give me expedited shipping, but that didn’t happen. I reached out to James, the Sales Manager, who also missed the fact that I should have received expedited shipping. Once I pointed it out, James did arrange for it, but the item was still wrong. I asked for a refund, but they blamed me and refused to take the item back because the website was correct! They’re blaming me because I trusted their salesperson! Now, I’ve lost valuable time and still don’t have the right part… AND they’re trying to charge me anyway!
