I got the Insta 360 Go 3 S because I was told it could be used without the app, only needing it for file transfers. But when I got it, the camera was stained and wouldn’t work unless the app was activated. I tried contacting customer service, but no response at all. I was thinking about getting the two-year warranty, but glad I didn't. Now, I just want to return this product. It's really annoying that they force you to use an app that doesn't even seem necessary. Please respond to my emails so I can get a refund and return this camera.
