The whole thing was kinda simple but when it came to picking up in New Holland, there was no way around it. I had to put in a shipping address, which didn't make sense 'cause I was picking it up or at least trying to.

Received the AC unit in three days, but disappointment struck upon unboxing. The back's drain spout was broken, and the missing piece indicated pre-packaging damage. Improvised a fix with flex glue and a metal tube. The window panel for exhaust venting was snapped in half, prompting another DIY solution. To top it off, the remote control mismatched the unit, belonging to a different brand. The unit's noise level raised concerns, resembling a struggling fan. Lessons learned, but the experience left room for improvement.
