I'm quite let down by my recent experience with this company. I ordered a part, but what I received was not only different from what I ordered but also in poor condition. Despite my complaint and sending images of the part, I haven't heard anything back from them to address the issue or provide a solution. However, I did receive an email today stating that the correct part will be shipped to me. I'll wait until I actually receive the correct part before reconsidering my rating.

Ordered some drives, they took the money from my card. But they won't send the drives until I send a picture of my credit card and driver's license. Why do they need that if the payment went through? Now I don't have the drives, and I'm struggling to cancel the order and get a refund. I doubt it will happen, but let's wait and see.
