The company is good.

The company is good. The gaming monitor arrived a bit late, but that's okay. The weather was bad. I haven't used it yet, but I'm happy with the price. It was cheaper than local stores.

The item I received had a tiny crack after removing the sticker from my Ecoflow Delta. Despite this, the machine works fine.

The folks on the phone are nice
by Anonymous

The folks on the phone are nice, but they're not great at keeping in touch. They don't send any automatic emails to confirm they got your order, and there's zero updates via email or text as your order moves along. When you try to find out what's going on through email, they take their sweet time getting back to you.

The instant check-up was puzzling
by Anonymous

The instant check-up was puzzling and deceptive, turning out to be pricier than the standard check-out option where I could unselect the shipping insurance. Consequently, I had to go through the check-out process twice, resulting in a waste of my time.

by DANIEL CHEN

Bought a $2500 laptop, and it's been two weeks with no shipment. Constant excuses about the supplier preparing the item, but it seems like they never had it in stock in the first place. Disappointing experience with false assurances.

by Andrew Kobylski

Considering my experience with Wireless1, I'd caution against purchasing from them. The company's response to a faulty product was disappointing, as they seemed more inclined to avoid issuing a refund than addressing the issue transparently. In my case, they even disregarded guidelines outlined by Fair Trading, leaving me dissatisfied with their customer service and refund process. Proceed with caution if you're contemplating a purchase from Wireless1.

I bought a Razer Blade Laptop, but within
by Axel Rose

I bought a Razer Blade Laptop, but within a month, it had charging issues. Contacting customer support, I hesitated to send it back due to sensitive work and music production files. After speaking with a manager, I sent it without the SSD, only to discover later that repairs required the SSD. Despite requesting not to erase data, my laptop returned wiped clean. Razer's communication was lacking throughout. After expressing frustration to Wireless 1, they promptly apologized, assumed responsibility, and offered compensation with high-end gaming gear, showing a commitment to customer service recovery.

The website is decent, but I encountered several categories with empty listings, displaying no products at all. This issue left me disappointed as I couldn't find what I was looking for in those sections. Improved inventory management would greatly enhance the overall user experience.

The web interface for Wireless1 is straightforward
by Stuart W

The web interface for Wireless1 is straightforward for ordering, though I encountered an issue with the absence of a discount code entry section, resulting in an $80 oversight. Tracking orders is a bit cumbersome, requiring multiple steps instead of a convenient single link to Australia Post. Despite these flaws, the site's simplicity and product range were deciding factors for choosing Wireless1. Anticipating incremental improvements for a smoother experience on my next order.

Mix of satisfaction and disappointment.
by Mark P.

Mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The monitor boasts a robust build, vibrant colors, and sharp imagery, showcasing impressive quality. However, the downside lies in noticeable backlight bleed issues, a concern I promptly addressed with ASUS. Despite the setback, the hope is that it's an isolated case rather than a widespread flaw. Given the $700 price tag, the substantial light bleed is disheartening. Despite this drawback, the monitor remains a worthwhile purchase, offering a commendable overall performance.

User-friendly website for ordering
by Patricia M.

User-friendly website for ordering, though the absence of a discount code entry section resulted in a missed $80+ savings. Tracking orders involved multiple steps instead of a direct link to Australia Post, adding complexity. While not flawless, the experience was satisfactory. Anticipating improvements in future orders with Wireless1 and hoping for streamlined processes.
