I am deeply unsatisfied with Deploy

I am deeply unsatisfied with Deploy Depot. I ordered 4 Ubiquiti ViewPort PoEs well over a month ago and nothing has arrived. I've called Deploy Depot to try and get help, but nobody has returned my call or fixed the shipping issue. I'm currently out 1,200 Canadian Dollars and behind on a critical project. If DeployDepot reaches out to me and gets my order to me in a timely fashion, I will update this review. The customer service person was very nice, but I still don't have my shipment.

Now, pondering what to do with the extra cords and wall bracket. Maybe send them back to the awesome folks at Deploy Depot?
