Ordering online was simple, and the battery arrived in a couple of days with standard delivery. I received mine all fine. Discovered my bike had a live circuit. Drained battery to 3.4V, called Tayna. They gave me instructions on how to charge and recover the battery. All good👍 So battery wasn't lost! Good aftermarket support by John. Prices are great, batteries are quality, delivery is fast. Can't go wrong, just do a start-up charge before fitting battery!! I won't go anywhere else!

Needed a new battery in a hurry. The Bosch one I wanted was way cheaper than AA and almost as affordable as Halfords' own brand. Placed the order on a Saturday night, and considering Tayna closes on Sundays, I thought it would come by Tuesday. Surprisingly, it arrived on Monday! Packaging was great, delivery was super speedy, and it was exactly what I expected. Good value for money.
