Lenovobatt's battery was defective. My IT guy tried multiple times to connect the battery to the motherboard. The clip was loose, and the battery quality was poor. I threw it out. Getting a credit or replacement was impossible. They ignored my emails. It was a bad and costly experience.

The battery, once put in, doesn't stay charged. It stopped holding a charge after just a month of use. Now I have to keep the laptop plugged in all the time to prevent it from turning off. The battery is useless. Need a new one.
