    ThermoPro.com

I recently picked up a base unit with two additional remotes, and I've got to say, it's a bit puzzling. I placed them all side by side, expecting consistent readings, but nope—each one shows a different temperature. We're talking about a difference of 3 to 4 degrees! It's frustrating because I was hoping for accuracy right out of the box. Now I'm left wondering which one, if any, is actually correct. It's a bit disappointing, especially when you expect new gadgets to work perfectly. Makes you question the reliability of the whole setup. Just trying to figure out which one to trust, or maybe none of them are right?

    Insta360.com

I had an interesting experience with a return. Ordered a gadget online, but it wasn't quite what I expected. The return process was a bit of a journey. First, there's this deadline you can't miss, and then, guess what? You have to pay for the return shipping. Not super thrilled about that. Plus, you have to keep a close eye on the refund amount. It’s like playing detective, making sure you get every penny back. No store to pop into for help either. Everything’s online, which is kinda frustrating when you're trying to sort things out quickly. All in all, it was a hassle, but at least I got my refund eventually.

I picked up the Insta 380 X5 thinking it’d be perfect for my adventures, but it’s been a bit of a disaster. They say it’s waterproof up to 10m, but without a dive case, filming underwater is impossible. To make things worse, mine isn’t even waterproof. After a quick dip, it started acting all crazy, changing settings and turning on and off until the battery died. Dealing with their help center? Total headache. They keep asking for video proof and want me to do these complicated firmware updates from my laptop. I’ve tried everything they suggested, but nothing matches their tutorials. They just don’t get it. Honestly, should’ve gone with a GoPro. Cheaper and more reliable.
