Despite differing views from other reviewers
by Mantas

Despite differing views from other reviewers, I want to share my positive take on Corsair. I've been using their products for quite some time, and this company has consistently delivered for me, sometimes impressively so. Recently, I purchased a K70 RGB PRO keyboard, but it lacked a palm rest, and I found its edge a bit uncomfortable. Although I couldn't find the replacement part among Corsair's usual offerings, I discovered that I could request it directly from their warehouse for a flat $15 shipping fee. As someone who supports the right to repair, I appreciate Corsair's provision of spare parts for all their products, including discontinued ones, even if it likely doesn't bring them much profit. I'm a loyal fan of Corsair and will continue to use and recommend their products to others because I hold them in high esteem.

I got fans and a keyboard -
by Anonymous

I got fans and a keyboard - pretty good. Recently got the RM850e PSU with a promised 7-year warranty. It died in just 8 months. Corsair did okay in replacing it fast, but the UPS delivery was a bit shaky - no updates on where my package was. They sent a replacement quickly, but it was a refurbished model, not brand new! Refurbished isn't bad, but my 7-year warranty got slashed to just 1 year. I wouldn't have bought it with a 1-year warranty. Only 3 stars from me. It should've been brand new with the full warranty or at least an option for an extended one, matching the original deal. Very let down.

Disappointed with Corsair yet again.
by Anonymous

Disappointed with Corsair yet again. My recent £200+ keyboard purchase arrived poorly packaged, box dented, and faulty. The return process is a headache, with additional costs for return shipping and no clear guidance. Customer service provides robotic responses, and it seems I'm not alone in this experience, judging by their low review scores. Corsair's lackluster service overshadows their decent products. I recommend considering third-party options, like Logitech, for a smoother customer experience.

Dealing with this company directly
by albie baggins

Dealing with this company directly was a regrettable experience. I strongly advise purchasing their products through a third-party distributor. Engaging with their site or direct services results in added fees, import charges, and incorrect postage, creating unnecessary complications. The support team's conduct was unacceptable, displaying rudeness and unhelpfulness. While their technology may be functional, avoiding direct interactions and letting a distributor handle any issues is the wisest approach.

I felt compelled to share my unfortunate
by Stephen W

I felt compelled to share my unfortunate encounter with Corsair and their customer service. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Responses from their agents were brief and unhelpful, lacking any semblance of care. My defective computer, along with my money, has been in limbo for two weeks without a single reply. It's disheartening to witness the decline from what was once a stellar company to one that engages in deceptive web ordering and neglects customer care. Currently embroiled in Corsair Investigations (Inv C1163329), this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Once a devoted Corsair fan, my recent
by FCorsair

Once a devoted Corsair fan, my recent experience has been a constant source of frustration. The products, once stellar, now disappoint with frequent disconnections. Writing code becomes a hassle as the keyboard loses connection abruptly. In FPS gaming, both keyboard and mouse disruptions lasting up to 5 seconds create a frustrating gaming experience. Disheartening to witness a once-reliable brand struggle with connectivity issues.

by Ariel Wood

Purchasing from this company was a regrettable experience. The documentation provided was confusing, leaving me to rely on external videos to assemble the Pro Elite build kit. The online build guide was inadequate, skipping essential steps and providing insufficient details. To add to the frustration, the supplied GPU turned out to be defective, and attempts to seek assistance were futile as they don't even entertain calls. Dealing with them was a disappointing ordeal.

My experience with this company has left much to be desired
by George Clark

My experience with this company has left much to be desired. The customer service, particularly in addressing issues with my K70 keyboard, has been suboptimal. Despite having owned the keyboard for over two years, obtaining support has been needlessly cumbersome. The insistence on a PDF invoice for a product of this age is impractical and reflects a lack of flexibility. Moreover, the limited availability of tech support during US hours, with no assistance during UK working hours, has led to prolonged response times. This rigid approach to customer service detracts from the overall experience. Considering the abundance of reputable companies offering more accessible and responsive support, exploring alternatives might be prudent for a more satisfactory experience.

The customer service was terrible
by Jasper

The customer service was terrible, and I faced an issue with my K70 keyboard's tilt legs breaking within months. Unfortunately, there are no spare parts available for keyboards, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience.
