I recently moved into a new apartment after a divorce, and, feeling a bit lonely but also wanting to treat myself, I decided to get something nice. I found a great deal on the Aurora 2 during Black Friday, but unfortunately, my package was stolen when it arrived. I was really disappointed because I had been so excited about the deal and was worried I’d have to pay full price for a new one. However, Bellesa was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They made an exception and kindly agreed to send me a replacement, even though they don’t usually do that.
