    I’ve been trying to get some help for over two weeks now, firing off more than 10 emails to different departments like hello, compliance, and appeals. It’s been crickets from their end. I get it, they probably have a ton of emails to go through, but come on, this is getting a bit crazy. It’s not like I’m asking for the moon, just a little support. I’m starting to feel like I'm sending messages into a void. I really thought they’d be more on top of things. All I'm looking for is a bit of communication, even a quick reply would make a world of difference right now.

    Alright, so here's what happened. I signed up for this subscription service, followed all the instructions, and paid the fee. But then, the site kept asking me to pay again. Frustrated, I checked my bank account, and yep, the payment went through. But still, I couldn't access anything on the site. I tried reaching out to their customer service, sent a couple of messages, but it's like talking to a wall. No response at all. I started reading other reviews and realized I'm not alone in this mess. It feels like I've been scammed, and honestly, I'm not expecting to hear back from them anytime soon.
