    I didn’t check the item’s dimensions properly and realized my mistake. I contacted customer service, and Lars was really helpful with the return process. He provided clear instructions, and I appreciate the support. I look forward to browsing their catalog more carefully and purchasing the right item soon.     I can't believe how terrible this company is. First, they never respond to my emails. It's like they don't even exist. Then, despite promises, I never got access to their other site. The main site is full of bugs, making it nearly impossible to use. To top it off, they kept my banking information on file even after I asked them not to. Random charges started appearing on my account for no reason. I asked for a refund last month and got nothing but silence. And now, more random charges! I deleted my account, yet they keep taking my money. This is the last thing I needed during the holidays. Please just refund my money and stop this madness.

    I've recently joined this site as a new seller, and it's been a pretty smooth ride so far. The interface is straightforward and easy to get around, which made setting up my profile a breeze. Had a bit of a hiccup with setting up the financial side through Paxium, but that's not really the site's fault. One thing I appreciate is how quickly they filter out spam and keep things secure. However, I have noticed that the market feels a tad slow for male sellers—there don't seem to be a ton of buyers interested in male feet. Overall, it's been a decent experience and I'm hoping things pick up soon.
