    The product I ordered and paid for was out of stock but no-one told me until I asked why delivery is taking such a long time. I was then told it would be back in stock a month later. After a month i was told that it will be in stock in 2 months. I wanted to cancel the order and I’m still waiting for a refund after many of my emails have been ignored. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I reached out to their support team through their website and even sent a couple of emails, but it felt like I was shouting into the void—no response at all. What really irked me was checking other reviews and seeing a pattern of this kind of behavior. One person had to wait six weeks just to get a payout issue resolved, and only after posting a negative review did they get any attention. Then they were asked to change their review! It seems like FeetFinder is more focused on cleaning up bad reviews than actually helping people. If you’re considering using them, be ready for a frustrating experience.
