    I just jumped on this new platform and within minutes, I found this cool content for $4 from a seller. I was super excited to start using it, but then, boom, my account got banned. No clue why. I mean, I barely had time to explore the site. I was all set to message the seller when I got an email saying I'm banned. It's really confusing and frustrating.     I tried to delete my account, thinking it would be a straightforward process, but boy, was I wrong. I discovered you can't just hit a button to remove your account; you have to email them. So, I did that, but they replied saying they needed to "review" my request. Seriously? I should be able to delete my own account and data whenever I want. After sending several emails, I got zero response. It feels sketchy, especially since they ask for sensitive info like your passport when you sign up as a seller. Now they won't let me erase my data, and it's frustrating. Don't tell me to email customer service again; been there, done that, still no answer.
