My order got mixed up by FedEx. I sent a picture of my door and the ones FedEx provided to show what happened. I also tried finding my neighbor in the apartment complex. Customer service said they don't usually resend packages if marked delivered but made an exception. Now, I'm waiting for the new tracking. It's frustrating.
