The first two low levels give a good rumble and the higher levels are really strong (but they stop the rumble). Mine arrived pre-charged, which was really nice. I haven’t had any issues with it yet.

I was amazed at how fast my order arrived. The packaging is great, and I was so happy to find cute stickers inside! It was such a nice suprise, and I really like them. The product itself is beautiful. I'm in awe of how quiet it is, and the feel is just amazing. It's like velvet! It's definitely one of the best quality items I've ever held and seen. I can’t wait to use it with my partner.

So, there were so many options to pick from

So, there were so many options to pick from, so I decided to try some new things just to see if I would enjoy them. But what I really liked was how fast my order came. I ordered it on Tuesday and got it by Thursday that same week. Once I got the notification, I couldn't stop checking the tracking because I was so “excited” knowing it was on its way… and I knew I would enjoy it, lol.

I found a great deal on the Aurora 2 during Black Friday, but unfortunately, my package was stolen when it arrived. I was really disappointed because I had been so excited about the deal and was worried I’d have to pay full price for a new one. I purchased the airvibe pro nearly two years ago, followed by the thump a few months later, and I like both. Recently, my dog got into my drawer and chewed my airvibe, and Bellesa is sending me a new one!! I’ve shared the brand with many friends, but I’m for sure loyal for life now.

When finalizing an order, the company offered an item to add to the order, which I had to accept or refuse. Thinking it was a gift, I accepted. Following this, the order was confirmed immediately without my seeing an order summary, because in fact, it added an extra $133 to my final price without my knowing about it. I only realized this when I received the purchase confirmation e-mail.... This is really misleading, because the offer I received should have made me confirm the new purchase price. After contacting the company by e-mail immediately afterwards, they are absolutely unwilling to help me. They say there is nothing they can do. 😂 This is very disappointing and I don't respect the company's reaction. Watch out for their poisoned gifts.

I contacted the company because I believed my product was faulty and I wanted to use the warranty for a new one. At first, the agent provided me with some simple fixes that helped for a while, which was nice! I still required a replacement because it was indeed broken, but when the agent recognized that, she made the process fast and eazy to receive my new item.

The site looks nice, is easy to use, and has a good layout. The range of products is varied and the details plus customer feedback were quite useful. I even got a nice discount. But, it wasn't clear that taxes weren't included in the prices, so I was surprised and a bit let down when a 24% tax was added at checkout on what I thought was the final price. I’m not used to this in European countries. This is the only downside so far, everything else was good! I’m now waiting for my order and will share my thoughts on the products once they arrive :)
