RealReviews.io has the following revenue sources:
- A free consumer tier. Reading and writing reviews on RealReviews.io is and will remain free for consumers. We do not charge readers, and we do not sell consumer data (see below).
- Paid B2B SaaS plans for businesses. Businesses can subscribe to our Plus or Pro plans (offered on monthly, yearly, and lifetime terms) to access tools for collecting and managing reviews — Review Widgets, Review Invitations, Instant Feedback, analytics, and alerts. Public pricing is published on our Solutions for Business page.
- Banner advertising. We may display paid banner placements on the website. Banners are visually distinct from editorial content and do not influence brand ratings, rankings, or moderation decisions (see Editorial independence below).
- Affiliate commissions. When a user clicks an outbound link from RealReviews.io to a brand website, we may receive a referral commission from that brand. Affiliate relationships do not influence brand ratings, rankings, or moderation decisions (see Editorial independence below).
