I will never receive my order. The company used USPS for shipping without disclosing it, and my package ended up being forwarded to another city. USPS is not a reliable way to ship packages. They should have informed customers about this and offered alternatives. The customer support was unhelpful. I've lost $99, and I won't be returning to this company.

My experience with shipping and tracking left much to be desired. Despite a promised six-day shipping time, the tracking system was confusing and provided a date significantly later than my order date. I reached out to customer service but only received a response after I had already received the items. I strongly recommend discontinuing the use of DHL for shipping, as they seem to lag behind modern standards, and their tracking system is unreliable and unclear.
