I tried to delete my account, thinking it would be a straightforward process, but boy, was I wrong. I discovered you can't just hit a button to remove your account; you have to email them. So, I did that, but they replied saying they needed to "review" my request. Seriously? I should be able to delete my own account and data whenever I want. After sending several emails, I got zero response. It feels sketchy, especially since they ask for sensitive info like your passport when you sign up as a seller. Now they won't let me erase my data, and it's frustrating. Don't tell me to email customer service again; been there, done that, still no answer.
