Food tastes okay, but it's what you expect on long flights when it's included in the cost.
You have to pay for Wi-Fi, but they give you some codes (one per device, which is a pain).
Wi-Fi is spotty, and I couldn’t work on the plane. Maybe business class is better.
They give you a blanket and pillow, which is nice + free earphones, and an entertainment system with new movies (but it's hard to use).
There were delays on both flights, and I got in 1:30 late.
The crew is really friendly + they play nice music when landing/taking off.
Oh, they overlooked the baggage weight limit (20kg vs 7kg) twice, which was really nice.
3 stars, they have potential but need to fix some issues. Also, it's my first long flight, so I don’t have other comparisons (lucky them!)
