Don’t spend your money on this. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I signed up and then asked for a refund just 10 minutes later because the app was nowhere near as good as they claim, and I wanted my money back. The British accent practice they advertise doesn’t really work, and the robot you talk to sounds far too robotic, not at all like an actual person. I’ve sent two emails about getting my refund, and they’ve just been ignoring them.

Downloaded the app, did a quick placement, and dove into short lessons. The speaking bits and daily goals feel gamey in a good way. Took a minute to find grammar notes, but the flow is addictive.

Grammar felt thin when I hit a weird tense. Still, the dialogs were fun and kept me practicing. I just paired it with a grammar book.
