Terrible service and the app makes it impossible to reach out to anyone real or even a bot to fix any issues. They take money just for using the app, not even buying anything. Open it, and your money is just gone... STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP... Really poorly made and unhelpful team

Avoid this app/company.
Avoid this app/company. I received a free trial as part of a subscription with a related company. I never started this free trial, but suddenly, £230 was taken from my account without any reason. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn't possible, even though the welcome email clearly stated that I needed to activate my account for any charges to apply. In the end, I had to ask my bank for a refund, and afterward, I got a confusing email from Rype claiming the refund was due to a policy change instead of my bank retrieving the funds. Dishonest company, steer clear of it.

I was initially charged 115 dollars
I was initially charged 115 dollars, and then a few days later another 295 was taken from my account. I had signed up for a one-month free trial with jumpspeak, but I still got charged the full amount. I'm unsure what the first 115 charge was for. I tried reaching out twice via their support email but never got a reply. They also don’t have any phone support.

Their app has some bugs, but even worse: Don't trust them with your payment details or you might get unauthorized charges! And don't rely on Paypal to protect you!
