Such a wonderful team! They make learning a new language so much fun and enjoyable. Every lesson is engaging, and I feel motivated to keep going.

I enjoyed the teacher and our English classes, but one thing that bothers me is that you can't remove your account, and you keep receiving calls from their sales/support team trying to get you to return, offering extra bonus lessons and such. No matter how often you mention that you're not interested anymore, they just won't stop calling you.

Overall, I was satisfied with the format

Overall, I was satisfied with the format and teachers. Not a very high level, but it was fine for us, affordable, and efficient for e-learning. We wanted to introduce our son to the English language in a relaxed way, without any pressure. That worked out well. We paid for 32 hours in advance, and after 14 hours were completed, they told us that they would no longer offer 25-minute lessons but instead 50-minute ones. We would need to convert the remaining hours. But since the 50-minute lessons are much more expensive than the 25-minute ones, this is how it turned out: the remaining 18 hours of 25 minutes each were not converted into 9 hours of 50 minutes. No, they turned it into only 4 hours of 50 minutes. It's no joke! It's just plain dishonest. I don't know if this is a political move due to the Ukraine war and the sanctions involved... It's so crazy that it feels that way. So, stay away. They are ripping people off, and also, buying Russian services and goods right now isn't really a great idea anyway.

You cannot remove your account. This means all your details stay unsafe. You also can't update your password, so both your data and your CHILDREN's are at risk! Would you want to put your kids' data in danger, even if not your own? They never reached out to arrange even a FREE lesson; what can you expect for PAID lessons? The company's background is suspicious. You can't reach them, except online and during unclear hours.

The support service is terrible.

The support service is terrible. They took four hours to remove a teacher from the schedule. FOUR. HOURS. Three hours after my request to remove the extra teacher, they wrote, "Could you clarify if your question is about the teacher?" Ridiculous.
