I really enjoy this course, English has been hard for me

I really enjoy this course, English has been hard for me, but with these lessons I feel like I've made progress in a short time. The classes are very fun, however, sometimes I find it hard to move to the next lesson, some videos don’t work because it says the page doesn’t exist. Also, with some of the exercises at the end of the lessons, like after finishing lesson 5, I can’t move to lesson 6 because of these issues. They should work on improving this. Apart from that, I would give them 100 stars out of 5.

The course is very instructive, but these last weeks, the intermediate level videos do not load and show a message saying "Private Video. Sorry, you don’t have permission to watch." Please look into this so we can move forward with our studies.

Good afternoon, I really like the course, it is great, but I had a problem since the day I bought it. I couldn’t see any video other than those on YouTube, and I couldn’t see images in the exercises. It is in Android format, and since I have an iPhone, I couldn't download it. After trying many ways to join the sales course and watch only the YouTube videos, I decided to use the guarantee and cancel it for a refund, which I already paid by credit card, but you still have it pending. I hope to receive my refund so I can join the YouTube channel as a member. If you could kindly reply to my emails, that would be great. Thank you so much, it’s a shame because I really like the course and would recommend it, but I still have the same issue, I get access and do the exercises I can, but the images won’t show, and some videos are not available for me to watch.
