I had a problem gettin to the teachr profile vids n sent an email to tech support. Got a reply in a few hrs with sum suggestd fixes n was able to solve the prob. Im vry pleased with the response time n solution!

I was overseas for 3 months with a big

I was overseas for 3 months with a big time difference between Asia and Mexico. It was really hard to schedule sessions because of the time gap; even though I like my teacher and the sessions, 10PM just wasn't doable for me. I had sessions I'd already paid for that were going to expire, so I asked if I could get more time. Verbling kindly agreed to give me back the expired sessions when I got back to the USA.

I purchased a product and the company suddenly stopped providing support after I used only a fraction of it. They refused to refund the remaining portion of the purchase. Essentially, I believe they took my money without delivering the service I paid for.

I'd rate Verbling company 3 out of 5 points for not being able to display expired classes on my dashboard. However, I'd give the customer service a 5 out of 5 for promptly activating my class.
