I ordered a necklace from this online shop, excited to receive it, but the experience has been such a mess. First, they sent me the wrong necklace, and to top it off, it was broken. I’ve been emailing them, attaching photos and explaining everything, hoping for a quick fix. But all I’ve gotten is some random response about a warranty for the damaged necklace I didn’t even want. It’s like they’re not even reading my emails! I’ve asked them to cancel my order several times now, but it seems like they’re just ignoring me. And now, they’re telling me they're sending my order anyway. Just frustrating and disappointing.
