I wrote to them multiple times regarding a broken watch cover. Back and forth emails with their claim I was not responding to their questions when I had sent copies of my response. After they indicated that they would replace the cover, they are now requesting a video of how I place the cover on the watch. I think they pretend to give customer service but are clearly extending the process to exhaust the customer to give up. It’s really a slick scam so that they avoid negative reviews but they are the worst customer service experience ever. I simply gave up which is what I think their objective was to begin with. Keep your lousy watch cover that you paid 5 cents for in china. Not worth my time and effort. What is worth my time is to write a negative review in every platform I can find to expose your ethos!!
