    So, I bought a ring $1700 and it finally got here. When I put it on it felt tight and looking at it, the gold band part looks like the gold was shaved making the band very thin. I've had this happen to me once before (shaving gold) so I knew this ring was shaved down and it really upsets me this company would do such a scandalous thing and especially to a very expensive item. I'm returning it, not very happy about this

    On 11/04/2025 I made a purchase from helloice. I spent $57.98 on two rings as a birthday gift to myself. On 11/24/2025 I received an email from Helloice telling me to contact the Delivery provider: Gofo (USA). Phone: ****. Because a failed delivery attempt was made on 11/19/2025. I contacted the delivery company listed above and confirmed there were no barriers and the delivery address was correct. They said they would try again in 3 days. 3 days came and went and still there was no package. So I contacted Helloice the company i made the purchase from on 11/27/2025 and asked for a refund. I also told the delivery company not to bother and to send the product back to Helloice since they couldn’t follow directions. They said they would. Helloice said they could see the product coming back to them and would send me the product back for $20 dollars. I told them absolutely not and to give me a refund. It has been nothing but back and forth with this company since November we are now entering into 2026 and the company still hasn’t issued a refund and they have the product. Update: It’s now February and I’m still waiting on a refund. I never received the product they keep asking for more money to send it. Why is this company being allowed to steal from the American people. I’m starting to wonder if something deeper is going on.

    I got this product, and wow, it's something else. The design is just spot on—really stylish and well-crafted. You know how sometimes you're worried about deliveries being late or items being thrown together in a hurry? Well, that wasn't the case here. It showed up earlier than I thought it would, and you could tell it was packed with care. Everything was just so well-organized and put together, like someone actually took the time to make it perfect. It's been a while since I felt this satisfied with a purchase. If you're on the fence, just go for it. You won't regret it.
