I recently bought a bracelet for £265 from Tiffany & Co. but accidentally used my old address. I contacted them immediately through email, chat, and WhatsApp, but got no response. Early the next morning, I called customer service. The lady told me to change the address with DPD myself, but I couldn't change the whole postcode, just the house number. She just kept repeating the same thing. DPD said only the sender could change the address. Now I’m waiting for my parcel to get lost. Tiffany & Co., a reputed company, offered no help at all. I’ve had better service from smaller companies. Definitely not shopping here again.
