    I ordered a ring for my granddaughter and it fell apart in 2 days a. It is cheaply made. I have written to the company who guarantees money back, but they have not responded. I can’t find a phone number. Worse customer service ever! Do not waste your money.

To my surprise, they got back to me super fast, like they actually cared. They didn't just apologize; they sent me a brand new necklace right away. How often does that happen? Their quick response and willingness to fix the problem just blew me away. It's rare to find a company that stands by their products like that. I'll definitely be checking out more of their stuff in the future.

    I ordered a bracelet gold loved it had for over a year sent back because clasp was breaking and they sent me a completely different one back not even same color and they refuse to refund me or give me the same one back and all they do is offer a $25 gift card like what is that I don't recommend them to anyone
