    I ordered a ring from Atolea, and the stone fell out pretty quickly. I reached out to them, and they surprisingly offered a replacement, even though they mentioned it wasn't their usual practice. When the replacement ring arrived, I was disappointed to find that the stone was missing from it too. It’s really frustrating to deal with such poor quality twice. I thought maybe the first was a fluke, but this really seems like a pattern. If you're considering spending money at Atolea, you might want to think twice about it. It’s been a disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my own experience.

    You know when you find that perfect piece of jewelry that just feels like it was made for you? That's how I feel about this necklace. It's simple but elegant, so I wear it almost every day now. I even sleep with it on! Had a hiccup with the ring size, turns out I didn’t measure my finger right, but their customer service? Absolutely top-notch. They were super helpful, no fuss, just sorted it out for me. I’m already eyeing a few more pieces to add to my collection. If you're on the fence about trying them out, just go for it. You won't be disappointed!

    I bought 2 10mm rope chains in gold and silver, the silver chain turned colors after 6 days and 2 showers. The gold one is changing color and I only wore it 1 time. They advertise Everything proof chain, jewelry that you’ll never have to take off. I contacted them and they lowballed me by offering me less than half of what I paid. The gimmick is they say to return them back to china for a refund which means I would be paying for sending them back and they would probably say they never received them. I’m very disappointed with HOLLICE JEWELRY and I advise you to take caution. 🤬
