My checkout experience turned into a frustrating ordeal spanning hours across various devices. After reaching out to customer support due to persistent issues, I discovered they don't ship to NY. This critical detail was nowhere to be found on their website. The delayed response, received two days later, compounded the frustration. Clear communication about shipping restrictions could have prevented this wasted time. It's imperative for the company to rectify this oversight promptly, ensuring potential customers are informed upfront, sparing them the aggravation of a futile checkout process and subsequent customer support delays.

I spent a good chunk of time, around one to two hours spread across two days, and used different devices like my cell phone, laptop, desktop, and work computer, attempting to complete my purchase. After facing issues on all devices, I reached out to customer support via email. Unfortunately, it took two days to get a response, only to find out that they don't ship to New York. It would have been helpful if they mentioned this information upfront to save customers from spending hours trying to check out on their website.

I purchased a gorgeous ring in July, but after just 6 months, a stone fell out. Despite my request for a replacement, the company offered only a 40% coupon. Disappointed with the lack of support, all I want is my stone replaced, not just a discount.
