The products and service are both excellent. When my bracelet broke after a year, they quickly replaced it without any fuss. They're really good at customer service, which some other brands could learn from.

Spotted this company on Insta and normally not into targeted ads, but I caved in. No regrets! Got three bracelets, a cuff, and a ring. Quality's great, prices are fair, and a free pouch with each order is a nice touch. Shipping was quick and smooth too!

I've purchased several items from Vacier this year, and I intend to buy more. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic! I encountered an issue with a bracelet I bought approximately 6 months ago. I sent them an email with a photo, and the very next day, they shipped a replacement to me without any additional cost. It's a great company with stunning products!! I can't recommend them enough!

I've purchased multiple bracelets from their collection, which I've gifted to friends of all ages, and even kept a few for myself. They were a hit with everyone, and I must admit I love them too. These bracelets are true gems - easy to wear on any occasion and I've received numerous compliments from others. I did encounter a minor issue with one of the items, but the company promptly replaced it. A very considerate gesture, especially in today's times. I'm quite impressed!
