I wanted to share my recent experience with the items I got from this company. While the pieces looked nice in the pictures, I unfortunately faced some serious quality problems. Every item I bought either had a defect or broke within a few months of using them. Despite the initial attraction of the products, the low quality has left me let down. I can't use these items anymore. I get that imperfections can happen, but the frequency and seriousness of the issues have made me stop using Ross Simons products. I'm telling you this so you're aware, it's important for customers to get items that not only look good in pictures but also last. Considering my experience, I wouldn't suggest buying jewelry from Ross Simons to others. I hope the company can deal with these concerns and maybe make the quality of your products better in the future.

The purchase process was straightforward. However, I have a preference for a different shipping method as I'm not fond of UPS Mail Innovations. I would prefer an alternative shipping option. On a positive note, I really love the earring jackets. They were a bit challenging to find for purchase, but I'm glad I discovered your store.
