The company didn't respond even though I called and emailed a lot about returning and maybe swapping the gift for my wife. I would've rated it 1 or 2, but the thing was alright except it didn't suit my wife's hand.

the only issue

the only issue I had was with the freaking USPS. Like, I live in New Jersey and the package was coming from New York. But for whatever reason, they decided to send it to Texas first and then back to me in NJ. Like, what the heck?! Talk about wasting time and money. I was so annoyed, man. Other than that though, the company was pretty good.

I was really looking

I was really looking forward to receiving my jewelry shipment from netaya.com, as everything looked so beautiful on their website. However, when I got my package, I was quite disappointed. The items were much smaller than expected, and the diamonds were so tiny that they were barely visible. The earrings were so small that I couldn't even put them on, as they seemed to be made for a child rather than an adult. It's a shame because I was excited about this purchase, but the reality didn't live up to my expectations. I wish the sizes and details were clearer on the website to avoid this disappointment.
