What's the deal? The site screams "free shipping over 59.99," so I spent a little extra, 64 bucks to be precise. But lo and behold, they still slapped me with a 12.99 shipping charge. Nowhere did it say Alaska was excluded from the free shipping fiesta. Talk about a letdown. They need to clear this up – it's not cool.
