    '**** was my assigned nurse practitioner. She seemed nice and attentive during appointments however completely ghosted me when I had a problem with a prescription. Received an unhelpful response from another department, not her, and when I tried to follow-up again because they didn't solve the issue I got no response. I tried again a week later, starting a brand new message to **** and she did not respond at all. So I guess if you have zero follow-up questions you'll be fine but if you have any issues outside of everything working perfectly the first try you should go to a real place, not this.'

    I tried out this company, and let me tell you, they really deliver on their promises. The whole process of filling out forms and setting up appointments was super easy, no headaches at all. Customer service was really helpful too. The only hiccup was when I tried logging into my account. The password setup links they sent weren't working, which was a bit annoying. But the customer service team was on it and helped me sort it out in no time. Overall, despite that small glitch, everything else was smooth sailing. I'm pretty satisfied with how it all turned out.
