    Midi Health

I contacted Midi Health for BHRT. I had a virtual appointment, which I explained to my "personal" clinician my goals for BHRT, and she answered the questions I had. She explained that if I messaged her, it may take a few days to respond, which I clearly understood she had other patients. She told me she was sending in a prescription. 3 weeks later, after numerous messages and calls (and btw you can't actually speak to a person, you have to leave a message), and finding an actual phone number was like searching in a black hole, still no prescription. I again called and was finally able to speak to someone, whom I could barely understand, and he told me he was assigning me a new clinician and was making another appointment for me. After I've already paid $250, I was being forwarded to someone whom I'd have to have another conversation with and explain myself all over again. In between all of this, I tried to pay my bill online numerous times, and it kept coming up there was an error, try again later. Again, messaging the billing department, no answer. On the day that I finally spoke to someone 3 weeks later, I suddenly received a message that my prescriptions were being sent in my someone other than my assigned clinician. No apologizes, still no contact, just a message. I've lost my confidence and trust in Midi Health and will no longer be using.

    Joi Women's Wellness

I disclosed my medications on my intake, including seaonique birth control, where you only get your period 4x a year. My bloodwork showed low hormones. My provider stated she would normally judge hormones by my cycle timing, but it didn't matter what stage I was at, my hormones where low for all stages, and she prescribed hormones. She was confident about the suggestion, and given I'm not a health professional, I agreed. She said she normally suggests stopping the BC and retest after some time, but reviewing the numbers, she said I should start HRT immediately. After the visit, it bothered me that my hormones were so low at 41 years old. I did additional research and found out that the BC I was on is the cause of my low hormone levels. It should have been recommended that I stop BC and retest to see what my stable levels were before prescribing an RX. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund of the $700 in therapies she prematurely prescribed, and they have denied to help in any way. They lied about what she said, has refused to release her notes or the recording, and have pushed the blame to me, saying I agreed to treatment. Joi is a company that is advertising that they help people with their health journey. They didn't take the the time to review basic blood test results, (you can use AI and get this info quickly), then overprescribe medications and refuse to take responsibility for their incorrect medical suggestions. I suggest finding a local functional doctor WHO ACTUALLY CARES. Can you imagine what my physical and mental health would have gone through, coming off BC and right onto HRT when I most likely don't need it?? That is not caring about your clients.

    Fast ESA Letter

You wouldn't believe how easy it was with Fast ESA Letter. They don't just throw a letter your way; they actually take the time to do a real evaluation. I chatted with a licensed therapist who really listened to what I had to say. After making sure everything was in order, I got my ESA letter hassle-free. The team kept things smooth and respectful throughout, and it all felt so legit. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and would tell anyone in need of a genuine ESA letter to check them out. It's a legit service that truly stands out.
