    Woke up with a horrible toothache. Being Sunday I wanted to start something ASAP before it got worse. I filled out everything at 7:35am EST and paid. Around 1145am I still hadn't heard anything so I did the in-app chat and John stated he was notifying the doctor. I advised him if it wasn't going to be soon I would need a refund and go to urgent care instead and got no response. At 1230pm checked back again and once inquired with no response so at 330pm I texted the number given and they responded nearly immediately asking for my name and DOB and then they never responded again until I messaged again at 845pm letting them know I would report them to my bank for fraud if they didn't refund me to which they immediately responded they were processing my refund. I'll never use this company again.

    It took all of 5 mins to meet with the Dr. what makes it so quick is their really thorough check in before visit. Answer the in depth questions and they get a good view of your medical history. Then it’s 5 mins and done. Now just waiting for my card.

    Midi Health gave me fast care and great follow up for my perimenopause issues and more. I had been dealing with many perimenopause symptoms that made daily life really hard. When I tried to see my OBGYN about HRT, they said the next open spot was 3 months away. I waited and then they moved my appointment again! That’s when I found Midi through my employer. I joined and had a meeting just two days later. HRT has truly made a big diffrence in my life. My clinician took time to listen and understand all my worries. She explained everything clearly and keeps in touch with regular check-ins. She also helped me with other care needs like getting my Cologuard test done and fixing my vitamin levels. I’m so grateful for Midi and the care I can reach now. I’ve been telling everyone I know about HRT and this service.
