Don’t waste your money

This company is ran by amateurs that don’t know what they are talking about. I am a paying customer looking for confirmation on my 2 meds being sent out but now they act like they don’t know me !!!! I had to do their job for them showing paid invoices (always keep your email copy’s ) and then after fighting with them all day they said by the end of the day I would get a tracking number, well it is the next day and still nothing. After being this to their attention I get someone claiming to be a service manager and was told it is their change in systems is why I was lost in their system !! Line it was my fault!!!!

Late shipping, late arriving, cold packs not cold nor was the Injections

Placed order.....was shipped from pharmacy late. According to shipment is was send from Texas to Kansas, Kentucky and then to Missorui. When arrived the cold packs where no cold, nor was the vials. I ordered a 3 month supply but no I'm afraid to use it so $549 wasted that I don't have to waste ! They requested a picture of the vials, I sent those then seemed the communication with them stopped

Awful. Didn't want to provide me with a refund although the medication hadn't even shipped. I wanted answers to basic questions BEFORE they shipped my shots - what pharmacy they used, what the pharmacy license number was, if my prior medical history would interact with the medication (SUPER IMPORTANT BTW)... nothing but radio silence from the provider and didn't have a 1:1 call as they promise. Customer chat went away for over 30 minutes with no response. Once I finally got an answer the pharmacy was something related to AI... VERY sketchy. I asked for a refund and they refused since I did a dispute with Klarna which is against Klarna's policies by the way. Don't waste your time with this company. I guess I just paid over $500 to not receive any medication.
