PlushCare's approach to your
by Steve B

PlushCare's approach to your eczema treatment seems questionable, providing a small 15g tube of steroid medication for a limited period with costly refills. This practice appears to prioritize profit over patient well-being, raising concerns about the fairness of their services. It's understandable to view PlushCare as potentially exploitative.

PlushCare's system is broken
by Colleen C

PlushCare's system is broken and impersonal, especially for tasks like prior authorizations. They don't provide helpful assistance, even when appealing for insurance coverage. The communication system on their website is ineffective, with unresponsive threads and hasty conclusions. It's advised to avoid PlushCare and explore better alternatives for a more satisfactory healthcare experience.
