Maybe they should change the banner to say to call during business hours instead of "call now". Overall, my experience today was alright.

I recently tried to renew my insurance of 12 years and discovered they hiked the price and added a $5 processing fee! When I inquired, I was informed that everyone has to pay it and a manager would return my call, but I never heard back. I switched to a different company offering better service and NO processing fee! I can accept a rate increase, but a processing fee is just unacceptable!
