When I inquired, I was informed that everyone has to pay it and a manager would return my call, but I never heard back. I switched to a different company offering better service and NO processing fee! I can accept a rate increase, but a processing fee is just unacceptable!

Also, last night on the website, there was a banner with a phone number that said to "call now." When I did, a recording said the office was closed. Maybe they should change the banner to say to call during business hours instead of "call now". Overall, my experience today was alright.
