    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent medication order, which never arrived due to an incorrect shipping address and was rendered unusable. Despite notifying you of this issue and clearly requesting a replacement or refund, no action was taken. Given the time-sensitive nature of the medication and the lack of urgency or accountability, I have lost trust in your service and no longer wish to participate in this program. No one contacted me about my refill neither any resolution for $145 I’ve lost.

    I ordered and paid for 48 Ro Sparks lozenges ($561.00). I only received 6 lozenges. I have contacted Ro via their help form and via an email to care@. Will wait and see what happens but this is not starting well.
