I rarely leave reviews, especially negative reviews, you guys can check my profile, but I just had a really awful experience with the purchase on MaxAroma that I want to share here. I doubt the authenticity of the products on this website, and I had a really bad experience with the so-called customer care team.
The item I purchased arrived with a defect. The agent said I can either replace it or get a $5 refund. I chose a replacement. Then I said more than once across the return process that I prefer a replacement, but they ignored my repeated requests and made decisions for me without any notifications or permissions. They told me there are multiple bottles with the same defects due to the manufacturer, and they are afraid that I may get another defective bottle, so they just refunded me. But why are the so-called defective bottles still on sale?
Also, I first met a customer service agent who hung up on me. It was from MaxAroma. Thank you so much for all the nightmares.
