I attempted to return a jersey that was too small for my husband. The first automated call sent me a text with a link for the return process. However, the order number provided in the text didn’t work when I tried to use it. Today, I used the online chat feature. They asked for my email and said they would send a shipping label. They mentioned that the $9.99 return fee would be waived. Now, it’s been around 10 hours and I still haven't received the label. I am getting frustraded. For a company that claims returns are simple, it’s not looking good.
