I adore their stuff, yet quality's been dropping slowly for years. Once, they had fantastic PJs, slippers, and home gear. Initially, quality was amazing, considering the price. Sadly, since around 2020, cotton feels worse, now mostly synthetics, and these synthetics tear quickly. Please, Muji, recall your mission and goals from the start, delivering superb minimal design and quality at a fair price.

Absolutely avoid online! Order placed at the beginning of August and no news since. No response from customer service (perpetually on answering machine), nor by email. No means of contact. Order cashed but product not delivered. This is not serious.

I got a big bookshelves from Muji. Delivery took 3 weeks. Opened box, found a big chip on one shelf. No phone number for help, so did online thing. Took 2 days for email reply. Sent pics, no reply for 3 more days!

I was quite unhappy with my visit to your store on Faubourg Saint Antoine. I returned a pair of jeans on 26/08/2024 at 3:50 PM, and your staff claimed they didn't need my bank card and that the refund would go through a transaction code on the card used for the purchase. It's now Oct 28, and I have not received any refund! This feels like theft. I still have the receipts and the so-called refund documents, along with my bank statement.

I used to like shopping at Muji, and their stores used to provide a good experience with plenty of quality homeware. Unfortunately, their customer service has really gone downhill. I've been trying to get a replacement item since late December, but there’s been no progress, and now I feel like I'm being ignored. Retail service seems to be in a bad place lately, and Muji has joined that group of companies with poor service.

Added items to cart and went to checkout. After filling payment info and submitting, it showed a "blocked" message and weird characters. Saw payment was done on my bank app but no order here. Reached out to this store using the form but got no answer all day. Talked to my bank and now have to wait a month for refund. What a terible online store.
