I found exactly what I needed, and the delivery time was promised quickly, within the week. The part that held things up was having to submit the Tax Exempt Form before I could place the order and then wait for approval. It took 6 days from the time I sent in my ST-13 form before I got a response saying the certificate was approved and that I could view my invoice and finish the order. I did appreciate the apology for the late response, but this process really should be handled more efficiently.

Great service and a really solid company. They actually follow through, and they get back to you fast. Their pricing is competitive too. I worked with Jenny on my order, and she was wonderful—I hope I’m spelling her name right. She never acted annoyed or impatient, even when I called a couple of times to make sure I was ordering the correct mini split for my house along with the extra parts I needed. It’s the kind of company I’d rather order from than Amazon since they’re local, so to speak. If you call Jenny, you won’t be disappointed.
