    We purchased a mini-split unit for our condo in Florida, following a recommendation from our condo board. They partnered with this company, ensuring us we’d get a great unit with installation handled by another so-called trusted partner. When the installation never happened due to other condo residents complaining of the quality of installation, our boxes containing this unit were never touched, never opened - and so we thought a refund would be simple. They refused to refund due to having passed their 30-day return policy - which was a fraud because this company knew full well residents were waiting for installation permits and the installation company to actually begin the work… which took a lot longer than 30 days. While I understand their policy, in these circumstances, they refused to provide the right level of customer service. Oh.. and by the way, if you think they’ll deliver to your door.. they won’t. We had to carry the boxes up to our 2nd floor condo ourselves. They left the boxes in the parking lot. Horrible service all around. Our fault for having trusted our own condo board - but still not impressed.

    MiniSplits4less consistently does a solid job. Whether it's custom work or quick shipping, they're always reliable. However, if I could recommend a change, it would be to switch from South East freight to Fedex. I've had some problems, such as unexpected extra charges for using the liftgate. The driver came when I wasn't home, used the liftgate, and then I received a bill for more than $500 extra. Fedex, on the other hand, doesn't cause such problems.

    The team at many splits for less is friendly. They describe the product well. The shipping is free, and it arrives quickly, which is nice for the customer. I bought a Cooper hunter mini split, and I’m happy. With how it works. Many splits for less is reliable and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a new item.
