I’ve had this setup for over a year, and it's been nothing but trouble. Finding someone to service it has been a nightmare since it’s not a brand they know. Despite its American-sounding name, it's actually made in China, which feels misleading. The company doesn’t back their products at all, so their 10-year warranty is basically useless. If I were to do it all over again, I’d definitely spend a bit more for a brand with a solid reputation. It's been a real headache, and I just want something that works without constant issues. Learn from my experience and go with a trusted name that actually supports their products.
