I reached out to the manufacturer, hoping they'd sort it out, but they insisted I cover the cost for a replacement. I thought maybe the retailer would step in to help, but no luck there either. They just weren't interested in sending a new unit. It's really disappointing when you invest in something and end up with a faulty product and no support. Now I'm considering just ordering another one elsewhere, hoping for a better outcome. Definitely not the hassle I expected.

It's not just about the wait; it's about the planning around the delivery. This whole experience was a bit of a letdown, especially since I had rearranged my schedule expecting it sooner. I wish they'd been more accurate with their delivery estimates. A little more communication and reliability would've gone a long way in making this a better experience.
