    I'm honestly baffled by my experience with Bats Plus. I spotted a great deal on a Louisville Slugger KRYO Love the Moment bat elsewhere and hoped Bats Plus would match the price since they advertise that they do. But when I reached out, they flat-out refused without much explanation. I get that businesses can set their own rules, but clear communication would help avoid confusion. Instead of explaining, the owner lashed out, calling me names and telling me to move on. I was shocked, to say the least. Customers should be able to ask questions and share their experiences without being insulted. Needless to say, I ended up buying the bat from another place that was much friendlier and cheaper.
