Got the bat in record time and it was in mint condition, which was awesome. But when I asked about a discount through the number they have on the site, the rep acted like I was asking for his kidney or something. Super rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, if my kid wasn't over the moon about getting this bat, I would've probably looked somewhere else just 'cause of that attitude. Still, the bat itself is great and came fast, so at least there's that.

The bat itself is fantastic, great quality and the price just can't be beat. Honestly, I'm super impressed and definitely know where I'll be getting my next one. Ordered the 2024 Torch, had some doubts initially because of things I read online and the low pricing didn’t help either. But when the bat arrived, it was in great condition and the shipping was super quick. I was also kept updated through the entire delivery. I’d for sure buy again and suggest BatsPlus to others!
