    I had a bit of a frustrating experience while trying to get some info about a bat grip I was interested in. I wanted to know the thickness, which seemed like a straightforward question since there are only three standard thicknesses available. But when I asked, the staff just told me to check with the manufacturer. It was a bit disappointing because I expected them to know more about the products they sell. I ended up having to do some extra research on my own, which wasn't ideal. I really hope they improve their product knowledge in the future, as it would make the shopping experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
