I wandered into the store looking for a new softball glove, not expecting much, but then this young guy starts chatting with me. He really knew his stuff about gloves, especially the one I was eyeing. They even had this cool Miami-colored glove, which caught my eye, so I went ahead and ordered it. To my surprise, it showed up at my doorstep in less than a day—talk about fast! The price was just right, too. I haven’t had the chance to break it in yet, but I’m gearing up to give it a try this weekend. Fingers crossed it’s as awesome as it looks!

Found the model we wanted and a closeout for practice. Site info on certifications was clear. One box split during shipping and tape was added by the carrier, but the bat was fine. Support followed up politely and offered a small credit.
