This was the second bat I've got from Bats Plus. I honestly don't think I'll shop anywhere else. Bats Plus has a great selection of ASA/USA bats, prices are good, and shipping is easy.

I'm overseas, and I ordered Sunday night (13 hours ahead), got my bat next Monday. Amazon don't come that quick. Amazing! Got it in less than a week.

The Batsplus company is reliable. I bought bats twice from them. Both times, the shipment arrived in 2 business days. The website is trustworthy. I had a question about a previous bat, and when I emailed them, they replied quickly. Their communication deserves 5 stars. I recommend them.

Batsplus is good. I almost got the same bat this year that I got last year but with different skin thinking it was different. I know, I know, what a beginner mistake you're thinking... After I realized it was the same bat, I contacted batsplus to explain my mistake and they were very understanding and forgiving. They worked with me and we exchanged the bat for a different one but this is where they gained my respect. I suggested swapping it for a bat of equal value, but they suggested getting this newer year bat which was cheaper and pretty much the same as the 2021 version. They refunded me the difference and I received the bat in 2 days. I will continue to support batsplus with my purchases.
