I used to purchase all my fragrance from this store until I made a return of a fragrance I purchased. I contacted their customer service, and they decided to deduct almost 30% from my refund. This was very surprising to me because it was my very first time returning an item and the fragrance was not opened. Infact, I contacted them same day I received the package because I had an emergency and really needed the refund to sort things out. It was a back and forth between us because of the huge deductions they wanted to apply. But finally, I got my refund.
Now the main issue is, after some weeks later, I decided to purchase some fragrances from this store, but they cancel my order anytime I place it. I tried several times, sent them an email, called them several times, they kept telling me they will get back to me till date. No one had neither replied to my email nor called me as they said on phone, and they keep on cancelling my orders.
My question is, are they canceling my orders because of the return I made or what? I had referred so many people to factoryfactoryll but if this is how they treat their customers, then it's a huge red flag. People becareful and wise up. This can happen to you too.
