I ordered many items, and one small pan on a palette arrived crumbled. I reached out to customer service via message, and ColourPop mailed me a whole new palette. Despite not reading the directions properly and being over the return window, they still resolved my issue. I needed to include a photo of the broken product and the 4-digit code on the bottom of the palette. Their excellent customer service has ensured that I will definitely be purchasing from ColourPop again!

This item is cruelty-free, applies smoothly, and lasts all day. The colors always stand out. Great job to the marketing team for the name "Pallet Town!" I also like that they display on various skin tones, though adding a few more could be nice.

I am overall satisfied with the collection and find it absolutely gorgeous. The only issue was the pump on the shimmering body oil, but it's not a huge deal. Overall, a great experience.
