The 14-day challenge is a great way to change your hair routine and learn how to take care of your special and lovely hair. I didn't know a program like this was available, and I'm happy I found it. It answers many questions and then some. If you have the resources, time, and determination or if you are just a bit unsure, give it a shot anyway! You might just amaze yourself :)
