The tools (workbooks, ingredients list, etc.) are well done. I liked the full ingredient list per country with links, so you don't have to search for them yourself. Making homemade shampoo was my favorite part, and I enjoy using it. I noticed less hair loss after just 7 days. If you want to start your hair journey, I recommend this Challenge! :)
