I actually started using their virtual card and purchase with it has been okay. But on the 31st of July 2025, I did a topup and it never reflected in my virtual card. I sent a ticket to the support, which got a reply after over 24hrs. They asked me to provide supporting document to proof my claim, which I did. After another 24hrs, They responded that I will be refunded within 7 working days. The time has long passed, I have not seen refud, they are no more responding to my tickets.
Till now as I type, they have not refused me.
