I bought a challenge account from them, but a few days later, they suspended it because they were moving to a new platform. I reached out, and they told me they would migrate the accounts. Two months later, no migration has happened. Today, I contacted them again, and they told me I need to buy a new account at a 50% discount. Why should I do that when I already have an active one? Now, I’m demanding a refund or a new challenge for free, or I’ll have my lawyers and bank involved. I’ll change this 1-star review if I get a refund or a new challenge. Thank you!
